At DrypScent, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us and excited about discovering new fragrances. Because each fragrance sample is hand-decanted from genuine designer and niche bottles into custom atomizers, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. This ensures product integrity, hygiene, and safety for every customer.

That said, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@drypscent.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved by our support team, we will promptly resolve the issue by:

  • Sending a replacement, or

  • Issuing a refund (depending on the situation and product availability)

Order Issues & Delivery Concerns

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office.

  • Unfortunately, DrypScent cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. However, we’ll do everything we can to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Cancellations & Changes

Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
