Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Standard shipping within the U.S. generally takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier service.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be clearly noted on our website.

Delivery Issues

We work closely with our carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, once a package has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, DrypScent is not responsible for delays caused by weather, shipping errors, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. If you are still unable to locate your package, contact us at support@drypscent.com within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@drypscent.com. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the issue so that we can resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed, and DrypScent is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
