  • DrypScent sells hand-decanted fragrance samples sourced from authentic designer and niche bottles. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any fragrance brand or designer.

  • Product availability may be limited. We cannot guarantee stock of any particular fragrance.

  • We have made every effort to display colors and product images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect colors correctly.

  • We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or order at our discretion.

  • All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Section 6 – Orders, Billing & Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders using the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.

  • If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email and/or phone number provided at checkout.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information. You must update your account information promptly, including email, billing details, and payment methods, so that we can complete your transactions.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier delays or location.

  • Once shipped, DrypScent is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

Section 8 – Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final due to the custom-decanted nature of our products.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@drypscent.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
